Meet Ab aka KhakiKid, the star of the second instalment of our three-part Main Character series, who’s on his way to admitting he does actually love his mates…
Ab is the main character of his life and in this video you can follow him as he spends a special day with his mates and slowly but surely opens up to them. He introduces us to his family, who are close knit without saying it, then his friends, who traverse Dublin to get the most out of a misty day. Does he manage to open up to this "small group of some of my favourite people"? Just wait and see.

It has to be Nelly from The Longest Yard. He’s very fast in the movie, I am fast.

Meek Mill’s Dreams and Nightmares or the Wizards of Waverly place theme song.
what is your number one fit to channel your inner main character?
It has to be purple jeans, red osiris high tops and an OBEY snapback. I feel like I can do anything when I put that combo on.
what would your advice be to someone who wants to feel like a main character but is struggling to?
Stop trying to be a Main Character, be you. It’s your life, you’re automatically the main character.
what's a wellness ritual that makes you feel like a main character?
Being one of the best rapper/basketball players in the country, I swim a lot, there's nothing better than when you see all ten pins get knocked over at once.
as the main character of your own life, what has been your biggest turning point or life changing moment for you so far? what did you learn from it?
Turning 11 was a pretty pivotal point in my life, I finally realised what it was to be a Main Character and learned that anything is possible.
In your opinion, what traits give someone the main character energy?
Anyone who wears a V neck t shirt shouts main character energy in my opinion.
Do you believe in happily ever after? what would yours look like? Yes for sure. For me it would be Pina Coladas, with the fellas on a white sand beach, off the coast of Ringsend.
