Woo (the “Promoter”) is the promoter of this Prize Draw and Mama Shelter and Wide Awake (“Prize Provider”) are supplying the Prize.

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram. You are providing your information to Woo and not to Instagram. By participating in this promotion you agree to a complete release of Instagram from any claims in respect of this Prize Draw.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Who can enter:

The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are:

UK residents during the Prize Draw period and prize fulfilment period aged 18 years or over; and not employees of the Promoter and ITV, their immediate families and anyone else professionally connected to the Prize Draw (“Connected Person”). This includes any such Connected Person who registers or has already registered to receive the Promoter’s newsletter on woo.itv.com (“Website”).

Please note that entrants must have a UK address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw.

The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to ask for evidence to verify the age, identity and/or eligibility of an entrant at any time, and to use any channels and methods available to carry out checks of any details provided. The Promoter may withhold delivery of a prize until it has received such evidence from the winner and failure to provide such evidence in a timely manner may result in forfeiture of the prize.

There is one (1) entry per person. Entries must not be sent in through agents, third parties or on behalf of another person. Such entries are void. Bulk entries are void and cannot be accepted.

By taking part in the Prize Draw entrants accept and agree to the following terms and conditions. Any entrant who does not agree with any of these terms and conditions should not take part in the Prize Draw.

Opening/closing date & time:

Prize Draw opens for entries online on Thursday 18 April 2024 at 12pm via Prize Provider’s Websites at https://planetwoo.itv.com/posts/win-the-ultimate-festival-experience-with-wide-awake-and-mama-shelter

Prize Draw closes for entries online at 11:59 PM on Thursday 16 May 2024.

Winner selection & contact:

The draw will take place within twenty four hours of the Prize Draw closing time for all entries.

Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.

All entrants must be contactable after 11:59 PM on Thursday 16 May 2024.

The winner will be contacted as soon as practicable on or after the draw. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winners to the email addresses provided when entering the Prize Draw. The Promoter will attempt to contact the winner via email on two (2) occasions and will indicate in each communication the deadline by which the winner has to respond to the Promoter.

Please note that if the winner does not reply to the Promoter by deadline set out in the Promoter’s email to the winner, or if the winner fails to meet any of the eligibility requirements or is otherwise unable to comply with these terms and conditions, this may result in forfeiture of the prize and the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that entrant (without further liability to that entrant) and offer the prize to the next eligible entrant and thereafter until a winner is found.

It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure that they control access to any email address, or social media handle that they use to enter. The Promoter and/or its group companies shall not be responsible for any loss the entrant suffers as a result of the Promoter dealing in good faith with anyone other than the entrant who has access to any such number (or any device using any such number).

The winner’s name and Instagram handle (username), may be posted on the Promoter’s Website and/or Instagram account after the winner has been selected.

How to enter & cost of entry

To participate in this Prize Draw entrants must sign up to receive Woo’s newsletter in the entrant form and be following both the Promoter (@feelgoodwoo) and the Prize Provider (@mamashelterlondon) on Instagram and remain following during the draw period, which shall be verified by the Promoter.

Entries made against this policy will be invalid and not be accepted, and the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify that entrant (without further liability to that entrant) and offer the prize to the next eligible entrant and thereafter until a winner is found.

Entrants may enter online by going to the Website at : https://planetwoo.itv.com/posts/win-the-ultimate-festival-experience-with-wide-awake-and-mama-shelter inputting the form and following the instructions. The entry will only be valid if entrants: (i) are following the Promoter and Prize Provider’s accounts on Instagram as outlined above; and (ii) have registered or have already registered to receive the Promoter’s newsletter on the Website; and (iii) have met the entry requirements (aged 18 years or over; and not employees of the Promoter and ITV, their immediate families and anyone else professionally connected to the Prize Draw). There is no charge for entry but internet service provider’s fees may apply when accessing the internet. The Promoter will not be liable to the winner or any other persons where they fail to comply with such instructions and such failure may result in forfeiture of the prize.

If entrants choose to enter the Prize Draw, any personal information they have provided to the Promoter as part of the Prize Draw entries and confirmation that they have fulfilled all entry requirements, will be used by the Promoter and their supplier SweepWidget to administer the Prize Draw and fulfil the prize. Prize:

There is one prize consisting of an ultimate summer festival package and stay for (1) winner and a maximum of three (3) adult companions (18 years or older). The Prize includes:

Hotel Stay: A two-night stay at the Mama Shelter Hotel London, Shoreditch (“the Hotel Stay”) for the Winner and a minimum of (1) companion and maximum of three (3) companions (all aged 18 years or older). The two-night stay will include:

• Bed and breakfast accommodations, in two (2) conjoined rooms;
• One welcome drink per person consisting of: house white, red wine, a pint of tap beer or soft drink for the winner and companion(s), to be redeemed at the Bar, subject at all times to the Hotel’s policies.

The Hotel Stay must be booked and taken on 24 May and 25 May 2024 (subject to availability and cannot be exchanged for alternative dates). The winner must be present during the hotel stay under the name provided at booking to secure the stay for themselves and their companion(s).

VIP Tickets Four VIP entry tickets for the Wide Awake Festival on Saturday, May 25th, 2024, at Brockwell Park , Norwood Rd, London SE24 9BJ (the “Event”)

The VIP tickets include, fast-track entry to the festival, access to luxury toilets (not portaloos), access to a bespoke bar and food concessions, main Stage viewing platform and seating.

If any Winner or companion(s) requires special accommodations, the Prize Provider will accommodate any requests. They can be contacted at: access@brockwell-live.com The Prize Provider will arrange a complimentary personal assistance ticket and provide the use of accessible facilities. Prize Provider acknowledges that the Promoter is not responsible or liable under any circumstances where the Prize Provider fails to accommodate access requests or provide the promised assistance and facilities; and

There are no minimum or maximum restrictions on redeeming the VIP tickets. However, the prize can only be redeemed by the winner, at the event's entry point for any companions to enter and stay. Failure to comply may result in refusal of entry or stay, and forfeiture of the prize.

It is the responsibility of the winner to:

ensure that they and their companion(s) hold a current and valid passport and any other documentation required;

inform the Prize Provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize; and

adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines;

Prize Exclusions

The Prize excludes:

All other costs and arrangements (other than as specified above), including but not limited to transportation, car hire, insurance, personal expenses, treatments, food and drinks and attractions, tips and gratuities (other than specified above). Access to the Hotel’s onsite facilities; Access to the Hotel for any additional guests not mentioned within the booking shall be subject to additional costs as per Mama Shelter’s policy. Mini bar items are not included and are payable by the winner and companion(s) upon checkout The winner and their companion(s) will not be awarded credit and no cash exchange will be offered. Further, no cash equivalent or alternative prize will be given at the request of a winner and the prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. The winner and their companion acknowledge that in the event that the Hotel Stay or the Event are cancelled for any reason, or that the winner and their companion cannot make the booking, the Promoter does not accept responsibility in these circumstances and no alternative prize will be provided.

Please note that the prize is subject to availability and to winner confirmation, i.e. the Prize Promoter has managed to contact the winners and confirm eligibility in line with the terms and conditions outlined herein. The prize is also subject to any terms and conditions of the Prize Provider of the stay and the festival event (as communicated by the Prize Provider to the Winner), their agents, and where applicable to the terms of the companies through which the Prize is redeemable. The entrant, winner and their companion(s) may be required to comply with all instructions and requirements as may be specified by the Promoter, Prize Provider, or any authorised third party and with all relevant laws, rules, regulations, restrictions and itinerary including but not limited to providing responses within specified time frames, adhering to the itinerary and completing any required forms, delivering any required documentation and providing signatures as proof of their agreement to relevant waivers, releases, and/or consents when taking up the prize. The Promoter will not be liable to the winner or any other persons where they fail to comply with such instructions and such failure may result in forfeiture of the prize.

Liability

In relation to all competitions and prize draws promoted by the Promoter: Nothing in these terms and conditions restricts your statutory rights as a consumer. For more details on these statutory rights you should contact your local Trading Standards Office or Citizens Advice Bureau. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit the Promoter’s or its group companies’ liability for death or personal injury caused by their staff or suppliers’ negligence or for fraud or for any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded by law or regulation. The Promoter cannot promise that the services relating to a competition or prize draw will be free from errors or omissions nor that they will be available uninterrupted and in a fully operating condition. These services may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of any problem with any network or line, system, server, software, or for any technical malfunction or failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons reasonably beyond the control of the Promoter. Subject to points (a) and (b) of the Liability section, the Promoter does not accept responsibility where all or any part of the service relating to a competition or prize draw is discontinued, modified or changed in any way. Subject to points (a) and (b) of the Liability section, the Promoter and its group companies do not accept responsibility for any fault, malfunction, damage, loss or disappointment suffered by you as an entrant or participant howsoever arising from participating in a competition or prize draw or from accepting any prize whether due to any error, omission by the Promoter, its group companies or its or their employees, agents or others or by any other cause. Subject to points (a) and (b) of the Liability section, the Promoter and its group companies are not responsible for any damage or loss caused to you (i) which is not reasonably foreseeable to you and the Promoter when you enter a competition or prize draw; or (ii) is reasonably foreseeable to you and the Promoter on entry but is only indirectly related to you entering or participating in a competition or prize draw. Subject to points (a) and (b) of the Liability section, the Promoter and its group companies will not be liable to reimburse the cost or expenses incurred in making a competition or prize draw entry where applicable. Subject to points (a) and (b) of the Liability section, the Promoter and its group companies does not accept responsibility in the event that any entry is lost, delayed or not properly received, registered or recorded or for any incorrectly addressed or undelivered competition or prize draw entries for any disruption, delay or misdirection of such entries. Subject to points (a) and (b) of the Liability section, the Promoter reserve the right to amend any element of a competition or prize draw for reasons beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to the unavailability of the competition or prize draw entry platform before the closing date, or for strike, lock-out, labour dispute, illness, act of God, natural disaster, adverse weather conditions, war, riot, civil commotion, accident, epidemic or pandemic, malicious damage, fire, flood and/or storm, compliance with law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, breakdown of plant, machinery or transportation. The Promoter and its group companies are not responsible for any loss or damage caused to you as a result of any of these occurrences. You agree to reimburse the Promoter in respect of any damages suffered by the Promoter or any losses by the Promoter resulting from any claim made by a third party in each case in respect of any matter arising from your use of the services relating to the competition or prize draw in breach of these terms and conditions or from your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

Privacy

Information and data ("personal data") which is provided by you when you enter a competition or prize draw, will be held by the Promoter and may be used by the Promoter for administering and fulfilling the competition or prize draw. You agree that this includes without limitation that we may contact you if there is an issue with the administering or running of this Prize Draw. Further details of how any personal data will be used are set out below and in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy at https://woo.itv.com/privacy-policy and you agree to this use of your personal data when you participate in the Prize Draw. 9.2 Generally, we will only send you marketing messages if you indicate that you consent (e.g. by "opting-in") to receiving such messages. By opting in, you are agreeing to receive marketing emails from us to your nominated email address in respect of similar products and services. You can opt out of receiving these communications by unsubscribing in the link provided in the communications. 9.3 The Promoter and/or the Prize Provider may send personal data of participants (and where applicable, companion(s) of a winner) to third parties outside the European Economic Area, for the purposes of administering the prize and by entering you agree to such transfer for these purposes. 9.4 By taking part in the competition or prize draw (as applicable) you agree to participate in publicity at the Promoter’s request if you are the winner of a competition or prize draw. You agree that the Promoter (or any third party nominated by the Promoter) may in its sole discretion use and/or reshare the winner's (and if applicable their companion's) name and image and their comments relating to the prize and their experience for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid. If you do not want your name, image and/or comments relating to the prize used for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes, please contact the Promote at:@woosupport@itv.com 9.5 If you are the winner of a competition or prize draw you agree that the Promoter may list your name and location on the winners' page of the Promoter and/or reshared by the Prize Provider, and the Promoter may publish or announce your name and location elsewhere as the Promoter determines in its sole discretion. General

You agree that you do not have any commercial relationship with the Promoter and that you are not an agent of the Promoter and its group companies.

These terms and conditions are available in English only and shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
