If you’ve been on the internet in the last 24 hours, you’ll know the Oscar noms are out. It’s likely you’ve also seen justice for Greta posts doing the rounds. As Barbie the film would have predicted, neither the female director (Greta Gerwig) nor the female lead (Margot Robbie) have any Academy awards coming their way. Of course, Ryan Gosling’s Ken and America Ferrera’s Gloria are contenders; and they’ve also released statements booing the Greta-Margot snub.

Sadly, fans of life-in-plastic aren’t the only ones disappointed. Andrew Scott and Paul Mescal starrer All Of Us Strangers also missed the train to the Oscars while Greta Lee stans are convinced Past Lives deserved more nominations.
